Most boiler breakdowns come down to a handful of faults. We read the fault code, test the part, and replace only what has failed. If the boiler is old enough that a repair no longer makes sense, we’ll say so and give you both prices.

Common boiler faults
Losing pressure
A leak on the system, a failing expansion vessel or a weeping relief valve. We find the cause instead of just topping it up.
Heating works, no hot water
On a combi it’s often the diverter valve or a flow sensor.
Fault codes and lockouts
Ignition, flame, fan and overheat faults, tested before anything is replaced.
Frozen condensate pipe
Common in a cold snap. We thaw it, then reroute or insulate it.
Annual servicing
Most manufacturers need a yearly service to keep the warranty valid. It checks the burner, heat exchanger, flue, seals, gas pressure and safety devices, and cleans the condensate trap.
